Rosario’s is a family-owned, full-service, specialty butcher shop and gourmet Italian catering business which has been providing the community with the freshest, highest quality deli meats and Italian Specialties for over five years.

Rosiario’s is owned and operated by team of Michele and Rosario. Any time you stop by you will find either Rosario or Michele or both in the store.

Rosario, a second generation butcher from Calabria, Italy, grew up in the business with his father. Rosario does all the butchering for the shop on-site to ensure the freshest cuts for his customers. All the meat is Prime/Organic and is ground fresh daily. One of Rosario’s specialties is his delicious homemade sausages.

Michele is a self taught chef who has gathered many recipes from her family. All of her entrees are cooked daily on the premises using the freshest ingredients. Her homemade soups and sauces are prepared from scratch.
